When spaced at 120 mm, this cable delivers 100W/M², which provides a comfortable secondary heat source under the floor.
For optimal performance, we recommend covering 70–90% of the available floor area.
Installing an insulation layer beneath the heating cable is highly recommended, especially on concrete subfloors, as concrete can absorb heat and reduce system efficiency.

Underfloor Heating Cable Floor Build-Up
Start with a clean subfloor, either plywood or concrete. Apply a thin 4 mm bed of flexible adhesive to secure your insulation boards.
The insulation layer creates a stable base for laying your heating cable.
Lay the 100 W/m² cable at 120 mm spacing. You can then either embed the cable directly into the adhesive or cover it with a self-levelling compound to provide even heat distribution and protection during tiling.
Finally, lay the tiles using a standard 6 mm bed of flexible adhesive. Ensure the adhesive layer is even for optimal heat transfer and cable coverage.
