What You Need to Know – Technical Overview
The M1 thermostat supports heating loads up to 16 amps (3600 watts). For larger areas or higher loads, additional relays or contactors may be required. Alternatively, multiple thermostats can be installed to split heating into separate zones for optimal performance.
Always connect the thermostat to a dedicated power supply from the main consumer unit and ensure suitable electrical protection, such as an RCD or spur switch, is installed by a qualified electrician.
