Once installed, they require minimal maintenance, similar to water-based UFH systems.

In Screed Heating Cable Floor Build-Up
Start with a timber or concrete subfloor. Apply a 4mm flexible tile adhesive bed and fix the insulation boards.
Lay the heating cables on the boards, then cover with 50–75mm concrete screed. Finish with a 6mm tile adhesive bed and tiles, ensuring even coverage for consistent heat.
